Focused Group Discussion to empower Journalists

Focused Group Discussion #FGD to empower and strengthen volunteer journalists-peer support networks to document and record cases of abuses against journalists in our project geographical area of operation. The identified and documented cases will be immediately reported to UJK for follow up depending on what support is needed. This could be legal, medical support or both. Our fact finding mission in #Bundibugyo and as a grassroot media organisation we are hopeful that Promote and Protect Press Freedom (PPPF) project with support from Freedom House RRF under USAID/Rights and Justice Activity is help journalists in rural Uganda and particularly Rwenzori Sub region
